Escape from New York is a board game adaptation of John Carpenter's film where players embody characters like Snake, Brain, Maggie, or Cabbie and work together to save the president and a vital tape while navigating through dangerous streets, avoiding landmines, and facing off against rival gangs in the infamous prison of Manhattan. Cooperation is key, but players can also choose to betray their team and pursue their own personal goal to escape the city alone.
